PAYMENT TERMS & POLICIES

Our terms reflect the industry standard for graphic arts. Payment terms are fifty (50) percent deposit to begin work and fifty (50) percent balance upon completion of the work but prior to delivery / public reveal / upload to the web server. Incremental deadlines for materials, completion and payment may be separately agreed upon depending on the size and nature of your project.

Work does not begin until (a) deposit is received and cleared our bank and (b) signed contract is received.

Any change in your project (changes in the planned / approved project content, the number of pages or web pages, or other factors that change the scope of the project) may change the total project cost. Estimates cannot always account for the life of a project's development and are intended only to give you an idea of the project's total cost. Design is a service and is based on time spent on your behalf. We will keep you informed of changes to our estimate as your project progresses.

All of our designs and services are custom, original and created specifically for your business. As a result, we do not offer refunds.
